প্রধানমন্ত্রীর কার্যালয়ের একসেস টু ইনফরমেশন (এটুআই) প্রোগ্রাম, শিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয় এবং প্রাথমিক ও গণশিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয়ের যৌথ উদ্যোগে ‘মাল্টিমিডিয়া ক্লাসরুম মনিটরিং অ্যাপ’ নামক এই অ্যাপটি তৈরি করা হয়েছে। এর মাধ্যমে এখন যেকোন স্মার্টফোন ব্যবহার করে খুব সহজেই এবং অল্প সময়ে মাল্টিমিডিয়া ক্লাসরুমে অন্তর্ভূক্ত প্রায় ২৫ হাজার বিদ্যালয়ে স্থাপিত মাল্টিমিডিয়া ক্লাসরুম মনিটর করা যাবে। এই অ্যাপের বিশেষত্ব হচ্ছে এর মাধ্যমে চলমান মাল্টিমিডিয়া ক্লাসের সময়, ছবি এবং জিপিএস লোকেশন সহকারে প্রতিবেদন পাওয়া যাবে অর্থাৎ প্রতিবেদনের সত্যতা এবং নির্ভরযোগ্যতা নিশ্চিত করা যাবে। এছাড়াও মাঠ পর্যায়ের শিক্ষা কর্মকর্তাকর্তৃক বিদ্যালয় পরিদর্শনকালে মাল্টিমিডিয়া ক্লাস পরিদর্শনের গুণগত পর্যবেক্ষণের তথ্যও পাওয়া যাবে। অ্যাপটি মাধ্যমে ২ ধরণের তথ্য পাওয়া যাবে• শিক্ষকগণকর্তৃক চলমান মাল্টিমিডিয়া ক্লাসের প্রতিবেদন• মাঠ পর্যায়ের শিক্ষা কর্মকর্তাকর্তৃক পরিদর্শিত - • বিদ্যালয়ের সচল মাল্টিমিডিয়া ক্লাসের প্রতিবেদন • চলমান মাল্টিমিডিয়া ক্লাসের গুনগত মূল্যায়ন অ্যাপটির অনন্য বৈশিষ্ট্যগুলো হল- • সরাসরি এমএমসি ড্যাশবোর্ডে কানেক্টিভিটি• চলমান ক্লাসের রিয়েল টাইম ছবি • চলমান ক্লাসের রিয়েল টাইম জিপিএস লোকেশন • EIIN নম্বর দিয়ে বিদ্যালয় সার্চ • পরিদর্শিত এমএমসির গুনগত মূল্যায়ন ফরম• অফলাইনে প্রতিবেদন জমা রাখা • পূর্ববর্তী প্রতিবেদন আর্কাইভ"Multimedia Classroom Monitoring App" is a joint initiative of "Prime Minsters offices Access to Information (a2i)", "Ministry of Education" and "Ministry of Primary & Mass Education" of Bangladesh.
Its primary goal is to ensure the proper use of multimedia in the study materials in primary, secondary and higher secondary level of education.
Now around 25000 multimedia enabled classroom across the country can be monitored conveniently using this app.
The specialty of this app is the user friendliness.
Teachers can capture the photo of an ongoing class and send it to their reporting authority.
The auditors can find it along with the time and the GPS location of the photo captured.
In addition, field level education officers can visit a classroom and submit the qualitative evaluation report to their higher officials with this app.This app provides several types of information- Reports by teachers of multimedia enabled classrooms- Reports by education officers working in field level- Number of active multimedia classrooms- Qualitative evaluation of ongoing classKey features:- Realtime connectivity to MMC Dashboard- Photo of ongoing classes with location and time- Finding school using EIIN number- Qualitative evaluation form for inspected classroom- Report archive for schools
